Odysseus quiētē dīcit:

 

"Achillēs inter puellās est. māter eius, Thetis, eum hīc cēlāvit. Achillēs vestēs puellārum gerit. sed quis est Achillēs? omnēs similis videntur."

 

Odysseus vōs spectat.

 

"quōmodo Achillem invenīmus? vōs cōnsilium date."

 


 quōmodo Achillem invēniētis?

 

dōna afferte! vestēs, gemmās, et arma. "vidēte quid quisque ēligit."

 

tubam īnflāte! sonus bellī Achillem excitābit.

 

ūnam puellam ēligite. "haec est Achillēs!"
