"Hercule," inquit Octaviāna, "tū fortis es. tū mōnstra multa iam vīcistī. hoc mōnstrum quoque vincere potes."

 

Bellātor quoque clāmāvit: "ita! tū Herculēs es! quis fortior est quam Herculēs? nēmō!"

 

Herculēs Recentiōs spectāvit. deinde rīsit. "vōs rēctē dīcitis," inquit. clāvam sūmpsit.

 

Iuppiter laetus erat. sed Herculem monuit: "mōnstrum ē marī validum est. et Lāomedōn, rēx Troiae, difficilis est. Lāomedōn nōn semper vēra dīcit. cavē, Hercule."

 

Recentiī cum Hercule iērunt.
