Episode 3.1: Back to Caecilius

Octaviāna prōcēdit. "sed Caecilī," inquit, "ūnus vir omnia regit. ōlim populus cōnsulēs ēlēgit. nōnne rēs pūblica melior erat?"

Caecilius nōn rīdet. "ego dē philosophiā nōn cūrō, Octaviāna. ego argentārius sum. bellum malum est. pāx bona est. Vespasiānus pācem dedit. Titus pācem dat. hoc satis est."

Caecilius eōs graviter spectat. "audīte. Nerō malus prīnceps erat. post Nerōnem, bella cīvīlia iterum vēnērunt. Vespasiānus haec bella fīnīvit et Rōmānīs pācem reddidit. sī pācem nōn amātis, stultī estis."

Octaviāna tacet. Bellātor quoque tacet.
