Time and the battle blur. You strike; you are struck; the world shakes. Then, abruptly, all sound stops.

 

Juppiter et Sāturnus in vertice montis stant. inter sē pugnant. omnēs deī et Tītānēs spectant.

 

"nōn iam," clāmat Juppiter, "tū es rēx deōrum! nunc egō sum rēx!"

 

Juppiter fulmen iacit. Sāturnus per caelum cadit. Sāturnus ad terram cadit. Sāturnus per terram cadit. Sāturnus adhūc cadit.

 

in terrā nunc est saxum māximum. saxum erat in manū Sāturnī. erat saxum quod Sāturnus cōnsūmpsit, prō īnfantī Jove.

 

cum saxum terram pulsāvit, saxum frāctum est. nunc sunt duae partēs: pars māior, et pars minor. ambae partēs sunt nitidae.

 

Juppiter partem māiōrem capit. Juppiter saxum ad montem altum portat. in monte altō Juppiter habitat. sed pars minor in terrā manet. parvus Lapis manet.

 

"omnēs deī Lapidem dēsīderant," inquit Sextus. "quem dē Olympicīs Lapidem accipere dēbet?"

 

quisque deus, quaeque dea ad tē spectat. Sextus quoque ad tē spectat.
