Episode 2.1: The Titanomachy

 

Recentiī optant Cererem et Plūtōnem.

 

Cerēs iuvenis stat in latere montis, contrā monstrum terribile et magnum.

 

monstrum caput et bracchia fēminae pulcherrimae habet, sed quoque caudam serpentis.

 

"Echidna sum," inquit monstrum. "sum māter monstrōrum multōrum!"

 

Sextus manūs tollit et dīcit, “ecce! est Echidna! ita vērō, est māter monstrōrum multōrum. monstra sunt Cerberus, Hȳdra, Chimaera, Sphinx, Gorgo, Scylla, et alia!”

 

Sextus manūs dēmittit et tunc Echidna magnā vōce fremit.

 

Cerēs Echidnam valdē timet, sed nōn currit. dea iuvenis habet in manibus sōlum trēs spīcās, sed potentiam suam scit.

 

post Echidnam stat deus alius. vultus huius deī āter est, et numquam rīdet. nimbus āter et frīgidus deum circumstat.

 

"ō Plūto frāter," clāmat Cerēs, "adiuvā mē!"

 


quōmodo deī rēspondent?

 

Option A: Cerēs clāmat, "recipe!" subitō ūnam spīcam iacit ad frātrem suum.

 

Option B: Cerēs sē vertit et ab Echidnā currit.
