postquam Recentiī satis vīderant, ad Sinistrum rediērunt. subitō solum tablīnī sē aperuit, et ex eō surrēxit rōstrum: locus altus, unde ōrātōrēs verba faciunt.

 

Sinistrus in sede altā sēdit, sīcut iūdex. "nunc," inquit, "ascende rōstrum. dīc mihi causam tuam. dēfende respōnsiōnem tuam."

 

Recentiī ad rōstrum ascendērunt.
