Bellātor tacuit, deinde dīxit: "fortasse rēctē dīcis. fortasse lūdus Dēmiūrgī tantum umbrae sunt. fortasse nihil ex hīs vērē interest."

 

Sinistrus prīmum laetus vidēbātur. sed deinde aliquid mīrum in vultū eius appāruit: nōn gaudium, sed alia rēs. "hoc nōn exspectābam," inquit, vōce summissā. "ferē omnēs hominēs vincula sua dēfendunt. tū autem... tū vērum dīcis."

 

et per breve mōmentum Sinistrus sōlus vidēbātur. fortasse diū sōlus fuerat.
