"ego quoque ōlim contrā bellum dīxī, multōs annōs ante. nēmō mē tum audīvit. nēmō tē nunc audit."

 

Nestor suspīrāvit.

 

"iuvenis es; intellegō. tamen nunc bellum necesse est. fātum hoc postulat. neque tū neque ego fātum mūtāre possumus."

 

Nestor Bellātōrem ad medium aulae dūxit. rēgēs adhūc loquēbantur. Agamemnōn Recentiōs vīdit et exspectāvit.

 

"iterum dīcite," Nestor susurrāvit, "sed nunc prō bellō. dīcite dē fidē, dīcite dē honōre. haec verba rēgēs audīre volunt."
