Octaviāna ad Bellātōrem vēnit. Bellātor tunicam novam et gladium habēbat. Octaviāna stilum et tabulam cēream habēbat.

 

"spectā!" inquit Bellātor. gladium ostendit. ferrum in sōle fulgēbat.

 

"pulcher est," inquit Octaviāna. deinde stilum et tabulam ostendit. "et spectā — nunc scrībere possum!"

 

Bellātor tabulam spectāvit. "tabula?" inquit. "gladius melior est." Octaviāna rīsit.

 

Bellātor Octaviānae dīxit: "mercātor mihi pretium bonum dedit. tunicam et gladium bene parāvī. et pecūniam servāvī!"

 

Recentiī ad vīllam Sextī contendērunt.

 

Sextus eōs spectāvit. "rēs novās habētis!" inquit. "bene fēcistis. Bellātor, tū bene rogāvistī — pecūniam servāvistī. optimē!"

 

Sextus rīsit. "nunc parātī estis. crās opus novum habēbitis."
