Octaviāna ad Priamum prōcessit. "Priame," inquit, "tū nunc rēx es. rēx bonus esse dēbēs. populum tuum custōdīre dēbēs. mūrōs Troiae custōdīre dēbēs."

 

Priamus eam spectāvit. "mūrōs?" rogāvit. "cūr mūrōs?"

 

Bellātor dīxit: "mūrī Troiae sacrī sunt! Neptūnus eōs aedificāvit! mūrōs numquam dēlēre dēbēs!"

 

Priamus cōnsēnsit. "mūrōs custōdiam," inquit.

 

subitō mundus tremēbat. medicāmen dēficiēbat. lūx oculōs cēpit. Recentiī ē tempore antīquō discēdēbant.

 

sed ante fīnem, vōcem Herculis audīvērunt. vōx clāra erat:

 

"Lapis deōrum est in hīs mūrīs. Priame, dēbēs Lapidem bene custōdīre!"

 

Recentiī oculōs aperuērunt. in vīllā Sextī iterum erant.

 

Octaviāna Bellātōrem spectāvit. "audīvistīne?" inquit. "Lapis in mūrīs Troiae est!"

 

Bellātor laetus erat. "tandem scīmus ubi Lapis est!" inquit.
