Bellātor et Octāviāna in cellam secretē intrant et custōs eōs nōn videt.

 

“putāsne custōdem nōs audīvisse?” rogat Bellātor.

 

“minimē” rēspondet Octāviāna.

 

Octāviāna circum cellam spectat et multās urnās ubīque videt. illa parvum lectum in angulō quoque videt.

 

“cūr est lectus in cellā?” rogat Bellātor.

 

“fortassē servus in hōc lectō dormit.” Octāviāna dīcit. “fortassē servus quī hīc dormit est coquus Marcī?”

 

“putāsne coquum Marcī et Euphorbum amīcōs esse?” rogat Bellātor.

 

Octāviāna suspīrat et dīcit “minimē. ambō sunt servī coquīque, sed omnēs servī coquīque nōn sunt amīcī.”

 

“putāsne coquum Marcī laetum esse?” rogat Bellātor.

 

“minimē. nōn putō eum laetum esse quod servus est,” rēspondet Octāviāna.

 

Bellātor plūs dē servīs dīcere nōn vult. ergō urnās dēmonstrat et rogat, “estne aliquid hīc nōbīs auxiliō?”

Choice A: Recentiī ad peristȳlum eunt.

Choice B: Octāviāna urnās inspicit.

Choice C: Bellātor lectum parvum inspicit.
