"ō Sexte," rogat Bellātor, "ubi est volūmen?"

 

Sextus quaestiōnem Bellātōris intentē audit.

 

“Marcus Maecēnās,” inquit Sextus, “vīllam magnam habet. sunt cubicula multa in vīllā. sunt hominēs multī in vīllā. fortassē Marcus volūmen in cubiculō suō servat. fortassē Marcus volūmen in ātriō, prope larārium, servat. fortassē Marcus volūmen in culinā servat. coquus Marcī est melior quam Euphorbus! illī nōmen est Hectōr. ille coquus carnem salsam parat et semper habet vīnum optimum! coquus Marcī semper pira mātūra habet...”

 

Bellātor rogat Sextum, “volūmen? ubi est?”

 

Sextus rēspondet, “ita, ita. fortassē volūmen… minimē, nōn est in trīclīniō. nōlīte intrāre trīclīnium. volūmen nōn est ibi. sed fortassē volūmen est in tablīnō. Marcus habet multa volūmina in tablīnō. spectāte ad mensam in tablīnō. fortassē volūmen est in mensā, aut prope mensam, aut sub mensā…”

 

Octāviāna rogat, “atque necesse est nōbīs quaerere in omnibus locīs?”

 

Sextus consentit.

 

"dein?" rogat Sextus tandem. "quaestiōnēsne habētis?"

Option B: "ō Sexte," rogat Bellātor, "habetne Marcus custōdēs?"

Option D: "ō Sexte," rogat Octāviāna, "quid est in volūmine?"

Option E: "ō Sexte," inquit Bellātor, "nōn necesse est nōbīs scīre plūs aliud. praeparātī sumus!"
