"ō Sexte," rogat Bellātor, "habetne Marcus custōdēs?"

 

Sextus quaestiōnem Bellātōris intentē audit.

 

“ita vērō,” Sextus inquit, “Marcus multōs custōdēs habet. Marcus est dīves et potens. ergo necesse est illī dēfendere suam vīllam. avus Marcī pecūniam multam habuit et Marcō pecūniam dedit. avus Marcī quoque potentiam magnam habuit. Marcus semper plūs potentiae habēre vult. ergō Marcus multōs custōdēs habet. fortassē Recentiī dēbent īre mediā nocte ut custōdēs nōn possint spectāre eōs?”

 

Sextus intentē putat. “īte mediā nocte. custōdēs saepe cibum nocte comedunt. fortassē custōdēs nōn custōdiant!”

 

Sextus tunc addit, “ignōsce mihi… sed… ēheu, Marcus semper habet ūnum custōdem ad portam vīllae. semper custōs iānuam custōdit.”

 

"dein?" rogat Sextus tandem. "quaestiōnēsne habētis?"

Option E: "ō Sexte," inquit Bellātor, "nōn necesse est nōbīs scīre plūs aliud. praeparātī sumus!"
