Episode 1.3: At the House of Caecilius

Recentiī cum Tiberiō ambulant ē trīclīniō. Octāviāna et Bellātor habent duo cubicula: ūnum prō sorōre et ūnum prō frātre.

 

Recentiī nōn grātiās agunt. habent mōrēs malōs.

 

in trīclīniō Caecilius nōn rīdet. sibi dīcit, "Recentiī malī iuvenēs sunt! mihi nōn placent!"

 

Caecilius spectat ad clientēs circum mūrōs stāntēs.

 

"ō servī," inquit dominus, "nōlīte dare cibum cēnae relictum clientibus meīs. iacite cibum relictum canibus."

 

clientēs trīstissimī sunt. cum exeunt trīclīniō, clientēs ēsurientēs sunt. clientēs hāc nocte cibum nōn habent.
