Gaius Valerius Catullus, 47 "To Porcius and Socration: Living Large"

Catullus calls out two allies of Piso, Porcius and Socration (probably pseudonyms), for attending big dinners while his friends, Fabullus and Veranius are begging for invites.

Tier 1

o Porci et parvus Socrates, duo mali viri Pisonis,

vos estis pestilentia mundi,

Priapus, pene circumsecato, amat vos plusquam meum Veranium et Fabullum?

vos cenatis in luce diei dum mei amici quaerunt laborem in viis?
