Episode 7.2: Lapis in Mūrīs

Recentiī rēctā viā ad frātrēs ambulāvērunt. nēmō eōs vocāverat. nēmō eōs exspectābat.

prīmum nihil accidit. deinde duo virī, quī prope saxum stābant, manūs ā currū sustulērunt. ūnus alterum tetigit. ambō Recentiōs spectābant, et labor cessāvit.

"quī estis vōs?" clāmāvit ūnus. "quis vōs hūc mīsit?"

turba tacuit. omnēs sē vertērunt. duo frātrēs quoque tacuērunt, et Rōmulus caput sustulit, et Recentiōs spectāvit oculīs dūrīs.

Octāviāna intellēxit: hī hominēs urbem hodiē condunt, et hominēs quī urbem condunt aliēnōs nōn amant.

deinde vōx Septimī in animīs eōrum: "hominēs vōs spectant! latēte! quid facitis?"

mundus sē mōvit, sīcut aqua. et iterum in monte stābant, et virī iterum currum trahēbant, et nēmō eōs vīderat. nihil mūtātum erat.

sed Recentiī nunc aliud sciēbant. nōn satis erat propius īre. modus quoque rēctus esse dēbēbat.
